These terms apply to use of Motor & More and sales through the store. Mandatory consumer law prevails where it grants rights that cannot be waived.
Contracting party, payments, invoicing and VAT
Motor & More is operated by VDB Digital Software. Orders are contracted with and invoiced by VDB Digital Software. Payment administration, refunds, accounting and applicable VAT administration are handled under VDB Digital Software, KvK 99981440 and VAT ID NL005423221B29.
A third-party payment provider may technically process the transaction on behalf of VDB Digital Software. This does not by itself make that provider the seller and does not mean Motor & More stores full payment-card details.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance is subject to payment, availability, fraud checks, delivery capability and other legally permitted checks. If an order cannot be fulfilled, amounts due back will be refunded.
Product information and fitment
We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices, availability and compatibility information accurate. Automotive compatibility can depend on make, model, generation, year, trim, body style, dimensions, connector standards and voltage. Product-specific warnings and supplier/manufacturer instructions take priority over general website guidance.
Prices and taxes
Prices shown at checkout are those applicable to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law. Applicable VAT is administered under VDB Digital Software. Cross-border import charges may apply as described in the Shipping Policy.
Installation and safety
Products must be installed and used according to supplied instructions, vehicle-manufacturer requirements and applicable local law. Safety-critical, electrical or technically complex installation should be performed by a suitably qualified professional where appropriate.
Returns and warranty
Our Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Statutory conformity and warranty rights remain unaffected.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
