VDB Digital Software, trading as Motor & More, is the controller for personal data we process for operating this store except where another party acts as an independent controller under applicable law.
Orders and payments
Order administration, invoicing, refunds, accounting and applicable VAT administration are handled under VDB Digital Software, KvK 99981440 and VAT ID NL005423221B29. Payment service providers may process transaction data on behalf of VDB Digital Software. Motor & More does not itself store full payment-card details.
Data we process
Depending on your interaction with the store, we may process contact, billing and shipping details, order and transaction information, account information, customer-service communications, device and usage information, marketing preferences, fraud-prevention information and information required by law.
Purposes
We process personal data to perform contracts and fulfil orders, provide support, secure the store, prevent fraud, comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations and pursue legitimate business interests.
