Shipping Policy

Motor & More ships orders to destinations for which delivery is available at checkout.

Shipping costs

Any applicable shipping costs are shown before the customer completes the order.

Free shipping only applies where this is expressly shown for the relevant order or product.

Delivery times

The applicable delivery time or estimated delivery period will be displayed before purchase where required.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer, goods will be delivered in accordance with applicable statutory delivery rules.

Delivery estimates are not intended to remove or limit any statutory rights relating to late delivery.

Supplier and direct shipping

Some products may be shipped directly from a supplier or fulfilment partner.

Where required, the country from which the product is dispatched and the applicable delivery estimate will be communicated before purchase.

Motor & More remains the seller responsible to the customer for the order unless explicitly stated otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

Multiple shipments

An order containing multiple products may be delivered in more than one shipment. Customers will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments, unless this was clearly agreed before purchase.

International shipments

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and the applicable rules.

Where such charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be charged by the relevant authority or carrier where legally applicable.

Information about costs that we are legally required to disclose before purchase will be provided before the order is completed.

Delivery problems

Statutory consumer rights concerning late or failed delivery remain fully applicable.
