EU/EEA consumers
For most distance purchases, consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period starting on the day after the goods are received, unless a legal exception applies. Use our online withdrawal function or send an unambiguous statement to info@motorandmore.com.
After notifying us of withdrawal, you generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Because products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses, do not return an item to our business address unless we instruct you to do so. We provide the correct return destination for the product.
Return costs
Unless we state otherwise or the item is defective, incorrect or damaged in a way for which we are responsible, the customer normally bears the direct cost of return where permitted by law. Oversized or high-value automotive parts can have materially higher return costs.
Condition and diminished value
You may inspect goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where the law permits, diminished value caused by additional handling may be deducted.
Refunds
Where a valid withdrawal applies, we refund payments that must legally be refunded, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery cost for a full-order withdrawal where required by law. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide proof of return shipment where permitted.
Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where useful. Statutory warranty and conformity rights remain unaffected.
